Error occurs after review submission

Immediately after pressing submit button, the page redirects to an error site. I panic because I think I just wasted 10 minutes carefully writing up feedback, but after a bunch of page refreshes, it turns out the reviews were sent after all. Still, it's a massive headache

Hi Henry, thanks for reporting this.

It's strange because we didn't find any errors in our log. Was this a one time thing (in this case this might be a simple network problem), or a recurring problem?

Do you mind giving us more details about it?
