Increase contrast of font sizes

While I like the general feel and design of FeedbackRoulette, I think it will look much more professional if headings that are close to eachother, have a bigger diffence in font size.

For instance: h1 at 18px, h2 at 12px will look better than h1 at 16px, h2 at 14px;

Use big font sizes for headings only though. Don't throw around 18px type like crazy.

For instance, /sites/view/sitenumber/ has way too large type for the avg star rating, overal value, ...
