Pay people to review a site.

Pay a small amount for each site people review. Maybe setting the FP at a certain permanent price, and portion of each pay out to the reviewer. After a certain amount the review can redeem for cash or FP.
This will create a demand for sites to review, and people who create websites will flock to the reasonably priced review of their work. I think if you get more reviewers there will be more companies willing to pay for FP.
