Need a way to mark inappropriate websites

I stumbled upon google.be during one of the reviews. Obviously someone was just checking out the system. I think there should be a way to mark websites "as spam" the same way you can mark a review as "spam".

This has been done. Now at the bottom of the page (in "Skip Review" section) there is a check-box, that allows to mark a site as inappropriate. You can also select that reason in a combo box (we decided that it's so important that it makes sense to dedicate a separate check-box for it).

That List of reasons needs more detail and perhaps an Other Text Field. The list of reasons to ban seems pretty wide. Would like to see them as individual fields.
The end result is that I ended up with a group of reviews for one site where each subsection was another entry in the roulette. It felt way more like using FR as a marketing channel rather than any useful request for review.
