Change Layout of Review Page

I am a new user to this site. When I began reviewing websites I saw those 3 big categories of What do you like, What don't you like and suggestions. I immediately began offering my opinions and answers to those questions. I completely missed the more specific questions that the website owner had listed on the right hand side next to the snapshot of their website.

Because of this, I have no doubt that some of the website owners will find my reviews unhelpful. They were seeking specific feedback about their website that I didn't realize they wanted feedback about. And I assure you my full intent is to be as helpful as possible. I am upset that my reviews may not be deemed as helpful because I didn't read that block of text to the right of the snapshot. I don't think you confuse new reviewers by having those 3 standard questions below the snapshot. That is where my eyes are immediately drawn.

I would get rid of the 3 big standard questions and instead allow the website owner to create his/her own set of questions there. I would also make it cost more review points to ask more than 3 questions. Likewise there should be a increased reward for answering more than 3 questions. That way there is incentive to be more thorough and also a reward for doing so.
