Feedback Roulette

We are planning to create a number of "top" ratings for the following categories:
* Sites having the most reviews
* Sites, owners of which have written most reviews (top contributors)
* Top rated sites in categories - Overall value, Design, Usability, Content

There will be an option in site properties to exclude it from public ratings (if you decide you don't need much exposure).

Please leave a comment if you have any ideas about site lists.

Thank you for the suggestion. This is a bit difficult to implement for us right now. Maybe we will partner up with some annotation service to provide this in the future.

This is an interesting idea. We need to find sufficient people willing to be paid for reviewing sites as well as decide on how much to pay for reviews and whether all reviews will be paid. We obviously wouldn't be able to pay ourselves for others to receive free reviews :)

During last update (Dec 23-rd, 2010) we fixed some issues with layout, so a few things should already be fixed.

As for language selection widget, you can use "two-finger-scrolling" method to use that list. We also have moved popular languages to the top, which should make it easier to make a selection.

Hi Henry, thanks for reporting this.

It's strange because we didn't find any errors in our log. Was this a one time thing (in this case this might be a simple network problem), or a recurring problem?

Do you mind giving us more details about it?

We are planning to implement a review management system. It will allow you to manage all your reviews however you want, including different sorting capabilities. Right now the reviews are sorted chronologically, in descending orders (latest reviews - at the bottom). But the new reviews that need to be rated appear on top.

As for 3 days for rating reviews - put yourself in the shoes of your reviewers. They don't get their FPs until the review is rated, so this time should be limited. It's set to 3 days, so that people who use Feedback Roulette at work can rate Friday's reviews on Monday.

And rating the review takes only a second. People usually do it right as they go through their feedback.

I agree, the system currently is not perfect, but we are constantly working on it. It has already improved with introduction of Public Disputes. And we are currently developing more sophisticated reputation system to make Feedback Roulette more efficient and fair.

In a nutshell, we want to reward people who contribute to the community and provide useful feedback and "punish" those who don't.
